We ALL have stress in our lives one way or another.
The worse thing you can do is let your stress consume you, your life and the people around you. Stress tends to bring out peoples weakness's and bad habits. It can make you binge eat, binge shop, binge drink, binge on Netflix, over sleep, over exercise, not eat enough, fight with loved ones and so on. We are human, we aren't perfect, BUT that does not mean we get to just let stress bring out the worse in us, because what we focus on is what our life becomes. Focus on the good and life is good.

Someone once told me that teething hurts SO bad, that no adult could go through it. That statement made me feel so much more for my little guy during those long restless and sleepless nights.
